Chicken thighs and ham pieces braised in their own juices and white wine , thickened  with cream and seasoned with tarragon and placed in a crisp pastry case, topped with a sprinkling of tarragon leaves, a contemporary twist on a chicken and ham pie.

Diced potato and onion, steamed and then enveloped in a cheddar cheese sauce , and placed in a crisp pastry case, topped with a cheddar cheese,

Diced potato and onion roasted and enveloped in a creamy tomato and coconut mild curry sauce with a touch of spinach , and cumin seeds , all encased in a crisp short crust pastry case , garnished with a sprinkling of cumin seeds.

A  mix of  finely diced beef with potato enrobed in a rich gravy with an old English spice mix , all encased in our shortcrust pastry with a sprinkling of spice mix.
